The reservation can only be taken into consideration after you have signed the contract, including 50 % of the hire-amount, which will be deducted from your end-amount and 29 € reservation charges, irredeemable, the rest-amount and the actuel tourist-tax are payable at your arrival.

As soon as we have received this contract and your payment we will send you a confirmation. This has to be presented at the reception at your arrival.

The amount of your stay will be calculated after the dates marked on your reservation contract. No discount will be given for an earlier departure or a later arrival, even if we have been informed about this.

In case you should delay your arrival, please inform us about that in writing. If we don’t have any information about this, the site will be given to somcone else the next day at 12.00 o’clock.

For the caravans, mobil-homes and chalets on hire, a deposit of 300 € will be required at your arrival for eventual damages and will be returned once the inventary has been done.

ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE :

At the arrival the hire-objects are at your disposal from 16.00 o’clock until 20.00 o’clock at the latest, from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday . The day of departure you have to leave them at the latest 10.00 o’clock (12.00 o’clock for the pitches. If you wish to prolong your stay beyond the date of departure agreed-on you have to contact the reservation office at least three days before the date of departure.

CANCELLATIONS :

Every cancellation has to be indicated as soon as possible by writing (by telephone will not be accepted).

For every cancellation received before the 30 th May the deposit will be returned. (except booking fee).

Your payment has to reach us within the 8 days that follow once you have received this contract, beyond this delay the hire-contract will be automatic ally cancelled without warning.
